Go to our login page and sign into your account. Under My Profile, select 'Change Password'. Follow the on-screen steps to set up your new password for your account. -
WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT THE EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH MY ACCOUNT?
If you do not recall the address associated with your account, please reach out to concierge@lelabofragrances.com. If you no longer have access to the email associated with your account, our team can assist with deletion and setting up a new account. -
